We are seeking a senior business development professional with deep industry expertise to lead our partnerships, investor relations, and client acquisition efforts, on a global scale.

As a co-founder-level engagement, this role comes with significant ownership potential, positioning you as a key stakeholder in a high-growth crypto venture. Satoshi Port is incubated by the Near Foundation, providing strong industry backing and access to a robust ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

As our Co-Founder – Partnerships, Investor Relations, and Growth, you will be the driving force behind investor engagement, business partnerships, and onboarding high-value clients. Your role will include:

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

  • Secure high-value partnerships with liquidity providers, market makers, lenders, and exchanges.
  • Negotiate and structure deals that support asset inflows and expand the company’s market position.
  • Build alliances with financial institutions, asset managers, and corporate entities seeking Bitcoin liquidity.

Investor Relations & Fundraising

  • Cultivate relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices, and corporate treasuries.
  • Create and present compelling investment narratives, financial models, and market analyses.

Drive capital allocation from key players in the digital asset space, particularly in Asia’s institutional markets and on a global landscape.

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop strategies to attract and onboard institutions, funds, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for large BTC and USDC deposits.
  • Manage and deepen client relationships to drive long-term engagement and asset retention.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to scale BTC and USDC deposits.

Market Expansion – Asia Focus

  • Lead business expansion efforts across key Asian markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan.
  • Navigate regulatory environments and establish local relationships to drive adoption.

Represent Satoshi Port at industry events, investor conferences, and key networking opportunities across Asia.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive finance and investment experience (institutional sales, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or digital assets).

Strong network of institutional investors and liquidity providers, particularly in Asia.

Proven track record of securing large capital commitments and structuring high-value deals.

Deep understanding of Bitcoin, digital asset custody, lending, and financial infrastructure.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote, entrepreneurial environment.
